Reach for water
A 20-oz bottle of cola has about 240 calories per bottle and contains 15½ teaspoons of sugar! To burn these calories you’d need to walk briskly for 80 minutes.

Better option: Don’t drink your calories. Quench your thirst with water.

Replacing one 20 oz, soft drink each day with water will prevent two pounds of weight gain a month, 24 pounds in a year!

Add a brisk walk every day and double the benefit.
